The gallery has established itself as a pivotal addition to Brisbane’s art scene with its role as a leading commercial and educational art facility. The facility opened in 1974 and is renowned for the depth of its showroom, exhibiting many of Australia’s most celebrated, established and contemporary artists.

Griffith University’s POP (Postgraduate and Other Projects) Gallery is a showroom, studio and research space that showcases the work of postgraduate and research students from Griffith’s QCA.
